I started playing the violin at my school as part of the music class. Since I really enjoyed it, my parents signed me up for after-school violin lessons at the school, and now it has become one of my passions.
Learning to play an instrument like the violin has provided me with numerous benefits in my daily life, including perseverance, organization, the discipline of practicing every week, performing in front of an audience, and playing with a larger orchestra... In times of stress, the violin may also help me unwind and calm.
I am very proud to belong to the 3% of students who manage to pass Grade 8 of the ABRSM before the age of 16, and I am especially proud to have obtained the highest grade in the exam (Distinction).
I am currently preparing to obtain the Professional Diploma.
